Key Responsibilities
- Support in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Assist in documenting and managing business requirements.
- Support research and analysis of market trends to suggest product improvements.
- Provide assistance to the development team with insights related to UX/UI.
- Act as a bridge between developers, designers, and stakeholders under the guidance of a mentor.
- Perform other Business Analysis-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- For 4th year students or fresh graduated in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in documenting and presenting business requirements.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Figma, or Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
- Eager to learn, good communication skills, and ability to work well in a team.
